“Honest Golf.com” is very proud to have a golf professional, Paul Ellington, with teaching experience to answer your questions. You may submit questions to atp@honestgolf.com. Paul will pick two questions each week to post on honestgolf.com. The remainder of questions will be answered by Paul and emailed back to the person asking the question.
Paul Ellington’s background:
- Born in Louisville, Kentucky
- Started golfing at age 2
- Tournament golf at age 12
- Kentucky Junior State Amateur Champion
- NJCAA All –American
- NCAA Division II National Champion at Troy State University
Paul turned professional in 1984 and played two years on tour. Realizing he liked teaching more than playing, Paul came to Columbus, Ohio in 1989 to start Paul Ellington’s Golf Academy. Since its conception Paul has given over 30,000 golf lessons. He teaches both men and women of all ages, from beginners to single digit handicap players. He can even help seasoned players correct problems they have acquired over the years.
As Paul puts it “I love to teach and I am BLESSED to do it for a living.”
